College...

So i'm here at BYU-I! Its the start of the third week and life is stayin busy. I just got a job on wednesday at the public library here in Rexburg...which is pretty exciting...but with that and homework and trying to keep exercising it stays pretty busy. I wish i knew more people here and could have some fun...but I guess you have to start somewhere right?
The first week was so hard! But i was so glad to return home for the weekend and that made all the difference. people said that it wouldn't be good to go home but that was the best thing that i could do. I haven't even gotten really homesick this past week. I am going home this weekend for Colton Blair's farewell and am so excited to see everyone again!
Today is my busy day...I stayed busy with my B100 class, public speaking, computer 138, and my book of mormon class, which i love! Then i have to get things ready for my hardest class which is american foundations tomorrow. And practice my guitar everyday for 45 minutes. I can play the guitar! I love it! I just wish i could play cool songs...instead of Down in the Valley!
We just got done with FHE which was ok...its different to say the least. we were going to play kickball but the weather was really chilly today! i hope it warms up for at least two more weeks! i can't handle the cold just yet! Especially in the BURG!!! The ICEBURG as i like to call it.
Well i'm going to head to the gym...i might drag one of my roommates with me... but either way i need to get out and run even if it means on a treadmill...the blasted things!

It's official...i've decided to make my own blog!

Yes, that's right...i'm blogging now. My life isn't that exciting right now as all I pretty much do is work work work...but I do have a little fun here and there. For example I went to bear lake last friday with my family and met up with cousins Mark and Emily and Marks little sister Emily, who is pretty fun! I put sunscreen on all over to make sure that I didn't get burned this time...the last time I was there my legs were fried! I definately learned my lesson! And yesterday the singles ward had a lake party at Glendale Resivoir. We had three boats going and lots of the people wanted to ride so I didn't really get the chance to get on a tube and go. I haven't ever been tubing in my life and would like to try it sometime! But swimming was a blast and so was dinner and the devotional as it was a speaker that I know and enjoy listening to. After that party we headed to Dawn's house for some treats and a movie...one of my favorites "She's the Man" if you haven't seen it...watch it! Then I returned home, a place that I haven't been for a while with all my jobs and activites! But life is good and can only get better right?
